Following is the list of all government schemes launched by the Government of India for social welfare between 2014 and 2020 under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

1. PM SVANidhi Scheme, PM Swanidhi Yojana

Launch Date: 18 July 2020

Objective of PM SVANidhi Scheme : Pradhan Mantri Swanidhi Yojana is a special micro-credit facility scheme. From the Pradhan Mantri Swanidhi Yojana 2020, the government will provide a loan of 10,000 rupees to street vendors. More than 50 lakh people, including vendors, hawkers, hand carts, street vendors, cold fruits, etc will benefit from the PM SVANidhi Scheme in different areas. PM Swanidhi Scheme will go a long way to enable them to resume work and earn their livelihood.

The scheme launched by the Prime Minister is known by many more names such as – PM Swanidhi Scheme, pradhanmantri swanidhi scheme, PM Sannidhi Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Swanidhi Yojana.

2. New education policy 2020 – National Education Policy (NEP) 2020

Launch Date: 30 July 2020

Objective of New education policy 2020 : The new National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 Government has made several changes. As such, this new education policy will bring many changes in the education system from school to college level, which have not been seen till date.

According to Union Human Resource Development Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, in the new education policy 2020, many major changes have been made from School Education to Higher Education (Graduation & Post Graduation).

He told in the press conference that there will be a single regulator for higher education, which does not include law and medical education. The new education policy aims to reach 50 per cent GER in higher education by 2035.

The new education policy will be prepared on the basis of the roadmap of education or syllabus 5 + 3 + 3 + 4 in 2020. This includes the last 4 years from 9th to 12th.

Now if a student or a student wants to learn new skills (like coding, management, research, development) from class 6 itself then it can. In addition, extracurricular activities for physical and mental development will be included in the main curriculum.

3. Nishtha Teacher Training Scheme 2020 : government schemes list

Objective of Nishtha Teacher Training Scheme: Free training program for 4.2 million teachers

In this Prime Minister’s Teacher Training Programme, the Ministry of Human Resource Development will provide free training (HRD Nishtha Yojana) to millions of teachers.

The Ministry of Human Resource Development has started the Nishtha scheme to train teachers in the country from 22 August. The Teacher Training Programme (PM Nishtha Scheme) is the only such Programme in the world in which 4.2 million teachers will be given free training.

In the Nishtha Yojana 2019 (Pradhan Minister Nishtha Scheme), teachers and principals of all government schools will be included in this government scheme. Apart from this, the members of SCERT and DIET will also be included in it.

India has traditionally been known for thousands of years for its leadership and leadership in education and creation of teachers and Prime Minister Narendra Modi has a dream to make India a world guru (Vishva Guru Bharat).

4. Aatmanirbhar Skilled Employee Employer Mapping (ASEEM) portal – Prime Minister Schemes List

Launch Date: 9 July 2020

Objective of ASEEM portal : The ASEEM portal (Aatmanirbhar Skilled Employee Employer Mapping) will act as an intermediary between skilled employees and employers. The person who is looking for a job will register online on the ASEEM portal, in the same way the employer will also create their profile on this portal and select them from among the job seekers for work.
